We ship in the Netherlands and to Belgium. We do our utmost to deliver your order as soon as possible. If you order before 3:00 PM on Monday untill Thursday, you will receive your letterbox package or parcel almost certain on the day after tomorrow (also on Saturday). You'll have to wait a little bit longer for orders that are placed after 3:00 PM, on Fridays, in weekends and on holidays. These are sent next business day.
We ship with PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code by e-mail.
Shipment including insurance is free on orders €75 and up. For orders under €75 we charge a contribution for shipping costs of €3,90 (letterbox package in NL) or €6,50 (parcel in NL) or €8,75 (BE).
Does an item not meet your expectations? You can always submit a return within fourteen days after receipt of the order. We will give a full refund of the item price.
To return an item, please submit your return online via 'My account', after you have logged in to our website. This is possible fourteen days after receiving the order. Then you have another fourteen days to ship the package; so a total of 28 days.
Please note that the returned item has the original labels attached, is packed in the original package and is in the condition it had upon receipt by you. We charge the full amount as damage if:
- The item has been used and/or washed
- Is damaged and/or you have tried to repair a damage/defect yourself
When you return with our label, a fee of €3,90 (letterbox package in NL) or €6,50 (parcel in NL) or €13 (BE) is charged.
Within fourteen days of receipt:
- Go to 'Orders' in ‘My account’ after you log in. Have you placed an order as a guest? Then register with the same email address to convert your guest account to a customer account.
- You see the page whit your recent order(s). Click on ‘View’ next to the order from which you want to return items.
- You see the overview of this order. Click on ‘Return Items’ at the bottom right to create the return shipment.
- You see the page where you can set the return shipment. Indicate in the drop-down menu the number of items you want to return. Leave item(s) you want to keep at 0.
- Then choose the reason for return under ‘Reason’ and under 'Action' the desired action (money back or exchange).
- Finally, click on ‘Send’ in the bottom right.
Processing and refunding
We will confirm your return by email when you submit your return on the website and on receipt in our warehouse. No later than three business days after receipt of your return we will refund to your credit card or bank account, depending on your original payment method. The shipping fees of the original shipment are not refunded but used as additional compensation for return shipping.
